IUP students who rent with us can choose from four awesome locations. RK Rentals owns two apartment buildings and two houses right beside IUP’s campus.
Wedgefield
The Wedgefield apartment building features 18 total apartments. With 15 two-bedroom units and three three-bedroom units, there is plenty of space for you to live with friends. Isn’t that what college is all about?!
The Red House
The Red House is located right beside Wedgefield. This house features one three-bedroom apartment upstairs and one two-bedroom apartment downstairs.
The White House
The White House is located right beside The Red House and Wedgefield. This house features one three-bedroom apartment upstairs and one two-bedroom apartment downstairs.
General Grant
General Grant is right across the street from IUP. This building features 14 one-bedroom apartment units. Students who are looking for privacy and a great location will love living at General Grant.
