Meet The Froggatts
Our goal is to make you feel comfortable in your home away from home. Meet local owners Rory and Kasey below, and know that you’re in good hands with RK Rentals.
Prior to the establishment of RK Rentals, I grew up on a farm in West Sunbury, PA north of Butler. After graduating with a hotel/restaurant management degree from Penn State I moved to Indiana to manage my parents’ properties. At RK Rentals I handle the maintenance, and I am the person you will first meet when you tour our apartments or sign a lease.
In my free time, I enjoy hunting with our two sons, walks with Kasey, and time spent with good friends. My favorite quote is one by Charles Dickens that my father taught me from a young age. “Annual income twenty pounds, annual expenditure nineteen six, result happiness. Annual income twenty pounds, annual expenditure twenty pounds ought and six, result in misery.” Affordable student housing will help you put this quote into practice.
“Rory, It was a pleasure meeting you this past weekend. Thank you for helping my daughter feel comfortable as she makes the transition from campus life to off-campus. I am comfortable knowing that you’re on the job. Keep up the good work. Hope to see you when I visit.”
Hello, I am the “K” of RK Rentals, and I am proud to call Indiana, PA my home town. I grew up here spending many hours at the IUP Memorial Field House playing basketball with my sister. My greatest joy in life has been raising our two boys. Our oldest son, Cory graduated from IUP in the spring of 2018 with a degree in Finance. Our younger son Kevin, graduated from IUP in the spring of 2022 with a degree in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management.
At RK Rentals I clean right along with my cleaning staff to be sure move in is just that and nothing more. I am the one to call for billing questions, but Rory and I are a team, so I can be reached by phone or email for any reason. Rory and I are here to make your RK Rental experience your BEST rental experience. I truly love getting to know each of our students personally.
